 Dinkel and Ginder, Inc. is an accounting and real estate consulting firm. We also offer social media and web development and marketing services, back office financial and tax consulting and real estate planning services all designed to help small business get off to the right start and take existing businesses to next level.   Our clients frequently refer to us as their “financial therapists” because of the hands-on approach we take in identifying solutions to the problems we’re presented. As small business advisors our typical role begins with preparing/updating legal filings to ensure the company is in good standing and can legally operate. Next we work directly with the clients’ accounting staff to neutralize weaknesses in their processes and get the books in order. Finally we handle the tax return preparation and put together a unique tax strategy to get the company moving forward with a sense of purpose. All of these steps are taken so that our clients can focus on running their business knowing that the back-office operations have been taken care of.  We have a passion for helping people turn their passion into a career through proper consulting, business formation, tax planning and tax preparation.  

Dinkel and Ginder, Inc. was established in April 2008 by its owners and principals: Thomas Dinkel, CPA and Vanessa Ginder Dinkel.  The management team is comprised of a husband & wife who operate the business to this day.  Thomas and Vanessa first met while attending the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California and they have been inseparable ever since.  In 2019 Thomas and Vanessa added to their family with the birth of their twin girls and in February of 2021, they welcomed a baby boy to complete their family.  They are passionate for helping their clients and taking care of family is at the core of everything they do personally and professionally.

Over the years they have expanded their influence by consulting other small businesses in the areas of general financial management, tax planning, tax preparation, real estate, social media, brand marketing and other value-added services to facilitate their client's success. With offices located in Fresno and Orange County, Dinkel and Ginder, Inc. is able to capably serve clients all over California.
